The first rule of Crossfit is to always talk about Crossfit.

The second rule of Crossfit is to always talk about Crossfit.

I still remember the first time I did a Crossfit workout. I was already fairly fit then. Yet, the session left me breathless. It opened up a whole new space for me to grow. It made me re-think about the definition of "fitness".

I started learning the skills and techniques of this sport, ticking off boxes as I go. I learned a lot of gymnastic movements, such as handstand and muscle-up. My cardiovascular endurance becomes better. My strength improves, along with stamina, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Notably, I was among the Top 5 athlete in the Victorian Masters League 2019 (Warrior 35-39 category).

I highly recommend Crossfit to anyone who wish to improve their physical fitness, and to enhance their metabolism. You don’t have to be a Crossfitter to be active, but it is a good place to start. The WOD (workout of the day) is different everyday, so different parts of your body are stimulated. The community is supportive , and will help push through not only your physical barriers, but also your mental limitations.

I love weightlifting, I love gymnastics, and I love Crossfit. I am a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.
